Questions & Answers

Getting there: How do I get to the ski school?

You can reach Hasliberg from Lucerne via the Brünig Pass or from Interlaken via Brienzwiler - Brünig Pass. Meiringen can be reached in summer via the Grimsel or Susten Alpine passes and all year round from Interlaken or Lucerne via the Brünig Pass.

The ski school is located in Bidmi. You can only get to Bidmi by Ski-Häsli taxi (timetable) or by gondola lift from Hasliberg Reuti. If you are traveling by car, you can drive to Hasliberg Twing and take the Ski-Häsli taxi, or you can park in Meiringen and take the large gondola lift to Hasliberg Reuti. There is a limited number of parking spaces in Hasliberg Reuti, which can fill up quickly when there are a lot of visitors.

Withdrawal: How can I withdraw from the course?

You can cancel your ski course free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the course. Any payments already made will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee or in the form of a voucher for the value of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the course will incur 100% of the course fees. To cover short-term illness, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance:PassProtect forCHF 4/day per person.

Equipment: Can I rent equipment from the ski school?

Non-ski school students can use the facilities for a sponsorship fee of CHF 25 per season. Commercial groups and individual guests can use the small lifts at Mägisalp with a valid mountain railway ticket.

Opening Hours for the Winter Peak Season, January 24 to March 5, 2027

  • Monday and Friday: The area is reserved exclusively for
ski school participants all day. External guests are not permitted. Alternatively, the small lifts at Mägisalp are available.

Our group courses are generally conducted in Swiss German. We will, of course, provide information in English to non-German-speaking guests wherever possible. If there are enough registrations, groups speaking only English, French, or Dutch can also be formed. However, we cannot guarantee this.

In private lessons, we take individual language needs into account. Whenever possible, we assign a teacher who speaks the desired language.
