The introductory course in ski touring and freeriding takes place every Wednesday afternoon and is designed for teenage and adult beginners. The course is intended for people who want to get a first taste of off-piste skiing and ski touring.

• Registration by 4:00 p.m. the day before
• The minimum group size is 4 people
• The course fee includes avalanche safety equipment and touring skis (including skins); you must provide your own equipment: downhill ski boots
• Requirements: Ability to ski in parallel and perform basic short turns on
  the slope; limited experience skiing off-piste at
  ; physical fitness for a 1.5-hour ascent
